To start your pre-qualification process, please follow the information below.


STEP ONE: Create your online account using this link:  https://tinyurl.com/Apply-Here-with-Roberto. (This allows you to later upload supporting documents for review). This will begin your mortgage application.


STEP TWO: Gather and submit your supporting documents for each borrower. Please be aware that for certain dated documents such as paycheck stubs or bank statements, which must be dated within the last 30 days, I may request the newest ones before your loan closes or more of them to help you qualify for certain loan programs. So please, be prepared to provide them as requested. Please use the free phone app called "Adobe Scan" to scan your documents one page at a time so you can upload them as PDF files through the loan portal that you created with my link above.


For Identity Verification (for each borrower):

  • Government-issued Driver's License or Identification Card - front and back
  • Social Security Card (Cannot be laminated) - front and back
  • Or Passport (showing your photo with your document's information simultaneously)


For Income Verification:

  • Most recent Paycheck Stubs (Dated within the last 30 days)
  • Most recent 2 Years of Personal Tax Returns
  • Most recent 2 Years of Business Tax Returns (if applicable)
  • Most recent 2 Years W-2s or 1099s Tax Form
  • (If any borrower is self-employed, a letter from a tax professional may be requested. If  needed, I will request it later.)
  • Personal Financial Statement (Self-employed/1099)
  • Profit & Loss Statement (Self-employed/1099) - Use QuickBooks or a Tax Professional
  • For Self-Employed using Bank Statement Loans use this Business Narrative Form


Asset Verification:

  • Most recent complete (All pages) deposit account statements (Dated within the last 30 days). Including:
    1. Checking Accounts
    2. Savings Accounts
    3. Retirement Accounts...401(K), etc.


Other Documentation (if applicable to your situation):

  • Certificate of Eligibility
  • VA Disability Awards Letter
  • DD-214, Statement of Service or Points Statement (depending on your type of service)
  • Any divorce decrees from prior marriage dissolutions
  • Any child support or alimony court order documentation
  • Any bankruptcy discharge letters


Please provide these statements based on what you have disclosed on your mortgage application. List what is of significant value. Prompt provision of all requested and applicable documents avoids processing delays on your loan.


Next, you will need to upload or send PDF documents not photos or screenshots. You can use Adobe Scan to save your current and unexpired documents to scan any paper documents so they can be uploaded into the portal or sent e-mailed to me. STEP THREE: Before ordering your credit report, please consider stopping future electronic advertisements or unwanted offers by visiting www.OptOutPrescreen.com. Scroll to the bottom of the homepage and click the blue button. You can opt out for up to five years. This reduces e-mail clutter and unwanted advertisements.


Also, for unwanted telemarketing phone calls consider registering for the free National Do Not Call List at www.DoNotCall.gov. This registration never expires. I recommend registering on these sites at least 30 minutes before ordering your credit report. In our day and age the three credit bureaus, Experian, Equifax, and TransUnion, all collect consumer data such as our name, address, and which businesses we apply for credit with. These credit bureaus also allow salespeople to purchase leads based on those who have recently applied for credit, whether it be for a car, credit card, or home mortgage. So once you order your credit report it is very likely that you'll begin receiving telemarketing calls. After 30 days you shouldn't get them nearly as much. If none of this would bother you just go to the next paragraph and order your report.


Please complete your tri-merged credit report order using this link. As of January 2024, there is a $77 credit report fee (cost subject to change) paid to a third-party vendor when you order your credit report and it is the same price whether it is for one or two borrowers combined per application. Both your mortgage application and credit report will automatically be sent directly to me for review and any document you upload through your application portal. For any sales price or estimated property value during the application process, please enter $100,000 as this will change later anyway.
